  Waited in line for 15+ minutes. Once to the window Manager practically threw the bag in my car and it wasn’t even mine. I ordered mozzarella sticks pretzel twist and breakfast burrito I received what looked like 2 number 1s. I went into the store and Laura would not give me my meal untill I handed her the burgers. What happened to not passing food back across the counter? Laura even has her serve safe hanging on the wall by the counter. Laura was very rude will not be stoping at this one again ATHENS TX SONIC ON THE OTHER HAD IS THE BEST yall just keep going down 31 and bypass that one

  Great place to stop. Food is fast and hot. All of the staff was pleasant even tho it was bad weather. Courtney was assume and had both my husband and I smiling! Doesn't usually happen @ fast food joints!

  It may be cold and icy outside but inside this Sonic it warm, food is hot and fresh and staff is attentive and so welcoming! After almost four days iced in, I had to get out🤣Thanks to Gateway and Sonic for going above and beyond!

  Staff was initially rude and seem bothered someone came on to order at the counter. Understaffed and overworked employees seems to be the biggest problems. Food tasted like it been under a heat lap at a gas station for hours. The crew forgot my shake with my meal took another 10 minutes to get it, but did eventually get it.
