  The worst fast food experience of my life. We ordered on 11/15/2025. Around 1:45pm. Whoever the young man is needs fired. We got our food home and a live gnat flew out as soon as I unwrapped my sub. My wife’s sub was made wrong. I called to let them know the problems and was perfectly friendly and reasonable. The young man working there was rude. As soon as I mentioned the gnat he said “gnats get in food sometimes”. No apology or anything. I mentioned the sub that was made wrong. No solutions provided. I asked for a manager and he said the manager was on vacation. At this point with the rudeness and lack of customer service I started getting angry. I kept speaking and he kept being rude and talking over me so finally I yelled and he hung up on me. Never have I lost my cool like this. But never have I had someone so rude and disrespectful either. I just need the manager to see this and know they just lost long time customers because of this young man. Then sub in the photo was suppose to be turkey. It has chicken. I couldn’t take a picture of the gnat because it flew away. This place needs a health inspector.
