  I Love Dairy Queen but I noticed that the employees never wear gloves to prepare your food with at this location and that’s disturbing to me. I asked the lady at the register why they don’t wear gloves and she said they do sometimes. I watched one of the workers a white male go outside and throw the trash not even wash his hands and came back in and made ice cream cones with his bare hands touching all over the cone I was totally disgusted! I also watched a white female, short chubby with long straggly hair make ice cream cones with her bare hands after taking money from a customer she didn’t even wash her hands and she coughed in her hand 🤮 I will never go there again!

  30+ minutes is crazy for a chicken strip basket. This place always takes forever and is never busy to wait this long. Absolutely ridiculous and the employees are beyond rude

  Was driving in from New Mexico on Friday 13th going home to San Antonio. Stopped for a to go order. They young chubby bearded, blue eyed guy at the counter was obviously not in the mood to work, was told order was to go& was given food to eat in. Was told could not substitute drink for a shake. Then seemed to have chest pain . Was walking slow yet was answering a very important call all while getting us a bag to put food in. I will never stop there again. The vibe was ridiculous.

  Went through the drive thru and ordered one simple item. Was told to park behind the building to wait. Almost an empty parking lot and had to wait forever. I assume it was about 45 minutes. Having customers park in the dark ally like space behind the building seems sketchy. I also wouldn't want my teenage employees to be meeting customers behind the building. Not the best management decision. Definitely need to find a better and safer system like assigning a few spaces on the front of the building for pickups. And...I drive off and my order is wrong.

  They had no buns, no chicken and no cheese. The food took 20 mins to get cold and old. The cashier hung out, out back to smoke right by where they parked us to wait for our food.
