  Went there for lunch door was locked cops answered eating sandwiches. Said no more bread they are cooking come back later. It is later and its lunch time complete bs why did the cops answer the door anyway eating a subway.

  Today makes the 3rd day in a row that I have come into this particular location to get lunch on my way to work and the service here sucks. The staff is I’ve been sitting around talking on their phones or that standing with their mouth hung open not addressing customers or Drink customers as if their nerves are being irritated because a customer has walked into the store. You guys need to do better. This is a small establishment in a small town and to be treated this way is utterly disgusting.

  I was in the store yesterday ordered 5 12inch subs. They had no cheese, no pickles and did not have bags to put the order in. Oh, they had no napkins. When I mentioned it to the lady she did not appear to concerned. That is not the first time i have gone in there and they were short on something. FYI, that is the last time I will go there. Very poor was to run a business.

  Terrible experience. I placed an online order, and when I arrived, they hadn’t even started it. The staff asked for my name with a bad attitude and acted like they didn’t care at all. They started making the sandwich wrong, using a different cheese than what I ordered. When I pointed it out, they said they were just following the ticket. I showed them my order, and only then they admitted it was missing the correct cheese—but everything was done with a rude attitude. Hygiene was very concerning. One customer, who appeared to be a construction worker and was visibly dirty, came in to pick up a phone he had forgotten. The employee handed him the dirty phone while wearing the same gloves used to prepare food, and then continued making sandwiches without changing them. Employees were also touching doors and other surfaces with the same gloves. Overall, very poor service, unprofessional behavior, and unacceptable hygiene practices. I will not be coming back.

  WORST SERVICE EVER. Especially the new staff they have there….will NEVER GO BACK. STAY AWAY
