When I arrived, my two sandwiches were not ready. The employee told me that they were not going to give me my order, even though it had already been paid for. The employee then called the store manager, and the manager also refused to give me my order. As a result, I was forced to pay again in the store, meaning I paid twice for the same order, and on top of that, I received extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. I will never return to this location. It is very important for Subway as a company to review and investigate these practices, because what these employees and managers are doing is taking advantage of customers and essentially stealing from them. I am attaching my order as evidence to show that what I am stating is completely true.
