- MSMonique SJan 17, 20261.0Worst management ever!! Waited over 30mins in the drive thru had to get off and get my order then waited another 20mins for it still not to be ready. Then I asked an employee if I could please speak with the mgr he stated she was busy and did not want to get out of her chair. Finally, after 15mins she walked up to the front very angry and approached me by asking me ‘ what do you want with me’ mind you this is the manager (Sheryl) she was so unprofessional and proceeded to yell at my husband and I. As I was continuing to still try to speak with her she walked off and never returned back to the front. Although the very young employees were very respectful and handed me my food the manager never once apologized to us nor did she ever acknowledge us waiting for our order over 45mins.
