  Manager interrupted over the intercom while I asked for a few sides of chips and a few sides of cheese. Justin “aka” Manager with raised voice and disrespectfully says,”so you want chips and cheese!.” I stated, No sir I’d like 2 sides of chips and two sides of cheese please.” Interrupting the very nice Lady working the window was uncalled for. I pulled up to the window and this Guy says starting tomorrow we can’t do sides of chips or sides of cheese, you have to buy chips and cheese. “Ummm, what do you think I’m doing, I thought.” This “manager” needs to talk to people with respect. This is Texas. I asked the sweet lady at the window to ask for him to come back and called him out on being overly aggressive on how he talked to me. I just worked a 60hr week and wanted what the MENU offers. This Justin Manager guy needs about 200 hrs of video training on how to be polite and an actual manager and not a person who thinks he grows all of Taco Bell’s food in his backyard. That is all, but props to the sweet lady working the window, She should be the Manager!!! Also, props to whoever keeps it clean up there when I have walked inside, it’s always perfectly clean, especially the bathroom!!! Put Justin on bathroom duty, people who want to spend their hard earned cash and get approached like that are asking for conflicts. Also, I’m the last person who wants conflicts. FACTS

  🌮🐾 After Nala’s vet appointment, we made a quick stop at Taco Bell in Bridgeport for a bite. I asked if they happened to have a treat for dogs, like a “puppy cup.” They said they didn’t — but a few minutes later, one of the employees came to the window with a smile and said, “We don’t have dog treats, but we can always prepare her a carne asada.” I thought he was joking, but when I got my order, he surprised us with a tiny bowl of warm steak — just for Nala! 🥹💖 As you can see from the pictures, she LOVED every bite. It wasn’t just food — it was kindness, generosity, and a moment that showed real heart. 👏 Huge thanks to Taco Bell Bridgeport, TX for going above and beyond — caring not only for your customers but also for their furry family members. 🐶❤️

  We picked up dinner for a large family. In the taco party pack, they left tomatoes off of only our crunchy tacos. They didn't give us the side of sour cream we paid for either. Some of the food turned out good and the rest tasted as if its been sitting on a counter waiting for hours. You would most likely be better off eating somewhere else just to help prevent disappointment. All in all I really love taco bell, this one probably wont be seeing me again though.
