So I decided to place an order online at 10:52am just for 1 order of Hot cakes w/2x sausages, a hash brown and a medium orange juice. Now I placed the order to be pick up by drive thru. I got to the drive thru at 11:05am. The lady at the drive thru tells me that they can’t make my order because it was after 11, BUT they could have made it if I had placed the order for curbside…. So because I choose to go through the drive thru, to not inconvenience an employee to stop what they’re doing (because they probably have other things to attend to, right?) They couldn’t make my order. Next time I will be more than happy to comply and have an employee stop what they’re doing to bring my food to my vehicle, no matter sunshine or rain.

The best time to go is when breakfast is over (that’s the only time you will get grab food) I didn’t want to do the review because as I said they have great customer service.. but I’m tired of getting old food! Tonight we went at 7ish. Got home fries old. Bread toasted far too much, they forgot the onions, cheese not melted at all which tell me the chicken isn’t hot, fries are the brown (not golden) dark, the nuggets were old which the person on side of me ordered a 40 piece so off the muscle we would have dropped a new batch! And the cookies were supposed to be thrown out by 6! Here it is after 7 and they give me these. I just wish they step it up MAINLY in the evening/night time.
