- EVEthan VillarrealMar 8, 20261.0I went to this McDonald’s today hoping that we would get our food in less than 15 minutes, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food and they still missed 5 of our drinks. The service was absolutely terrible, one of the workers was wearing an AirPod while talking and was doing his job very improperly, the same worker was using his phone while making the fries! Not only did it take forever for us to get our food, we left without our complete order, y’all have to look into this and get these workers in check or get a replacement in, the workers lacked communication with us and would not even stay on task after we asked where our drinks were. Their door was broken and they had us close it for them. One of the drinks we received, Caramel ICED Coffee, did not even have ICE! My experience at this McDonald’s was terrible and you guys apparently said y’all would look into this and obviously y’all have not done anything, this McDonald’s is a disgrace to the franchise. Please fix this and for future customers I recommend you DONT eat here.

- LDLogan DeMossFeb 25, 20261.0Bunch of ignorant employees. No one even knows what’s going on. I had a McFlurry have to be remade twice and they still couldn’t get it right. Also don’t have an employee working the register if they can’t even speak English. Waste of time and money
