  Only 1 table available and it was dirty so we asked a worker to get wipes to clean it and he dropped napkins on the table and walked off. My mom got up to get the wipes herself and cleaned the table. The food came out and the girl dropped the tray on the table without saying a word and walked off. We waited a few minutes for our drinks with no luck. My mom went to ask about them and had to wait almost 10 minutes for them. My chicken strips tasted really weird so I asked for a replacement. The new strips tasted normal. The fries were cold by the time we got the drinks so we asked for fresh fries and they forgot to bring them to the table se we had to get up and get those too. We are frequent customers at this location and this is the worst experience we've had at any chick fil a. The owner is usually there but today he wasn't. Every table around us had some sort of problem with their order.

  This Chick-fil-A in Brenham has a real issue. My food was sitting on the counter getting cold while the guy who’s supposed to be handing out orders was busy taking employee orders. This isn’t a one time thing either it’s happened around 5 times I been here now. Every visit, employees are getting served while customers are left waiting. That’s not right.

  My experience at Brenham, TX restored my faith in humanity! I was in the parking lot looking under my car when the sweetest girl walked up to help. She assessed the situation and said her director would be right there cuz he's good at this stuff! Drew cut off several underbody pieces, cleaned the edges, and took them to the dumpster! He then refused payment and gave us coupons! Those people really showed this Kansas girl some Texas hospitality that was greatly appreciated!

  Staff is unfriendly. I went last week in the afternoon and the girl who took my order was rude. She said “go ahead” and waited for me to order. I told her I wanted an 8 piece meal and she said “is that all” but didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted. I pulled up to the check in point after the menus, and they couldn’t find my name/order but I had already paid. Eventually they found it. I get to the food window and they are accusing me of not ordering and trying to get free food. I showed them my bank notification that I had just paid . Then this morning I decided to give it another shot. The staff was once again unfriendly when I ordered at the menus this time. And unfortunately I had to leave without my food because I had already waited 10 mins, there were 4 cars in front of me and the line was not moving. Myself and 2 other cars left during that wait. This is the most unfriendly, and slow Chick-fil-A I have ever been to

  I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived I was told because breakfast had just ended they could no longer fill the order I had already paid for. I dont eat at chick-fil-a often, dont know the breakfast times, and the app didn't tell me I needed to arrive before a certain time, so I was frustrated. However, one of the ladies working the drive though was absolutely amazing helping me through the situation. Her name was Tasha, and she very patiently walked me through the lunch menu and helped me figure out what I could order instead. She was so kind and patient and I couldn't be happier with the experience by the time I left.
