  They ask you if you want to make it a meal but don’t anyway and then get an attitude when you tell them you are missing your tots/fries … didn’t even give me a receipt and everybody in there acts like they are too busy to even come talk to you and no one knows who took your order. Service sucked !!!!

  Took over 10 minutes for me to realize I would not be getting my food that I had planned to take to my child at school for lunch with loved ones. Called the store the girl was supposed to speak to manager and let me know.. no response.. I was the one to reach out to be told oh we cant issue you a refund because the system closed on Monday and you called after that. (Keep in mind they were supposes to reach out and didnt. I had to remind them) I replied to her if that meant they were going to keep my money to which she replied I wont be able to give you a refund (didnt offer an alternative) she just kept it at. They have kept my money it is April and still no refund as promised by the 1800 number. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SONIC THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!! They give you the run around for you to forget about it and not receive it back.

  Sonics food has gone down hill. The burgers don't taste right.

  Came here ordered food the person that took my order got everything wrong charged for a separate meal I didn't even order and took the hole order wrong when brought me food
