  Dined-in on Feb. 24, 2026. I ordered the Double Belt Buster with everything in it, including Cheese, the Fryed Onion Rings, and the Strawberry/Banana Milkshake drink... Were SO DELICIOUS and SATISFYING! Now this is how ALL Dairy Queens should prepare and serve they're Hamburgers, Fryed Onion Rings, Milkshake drinks, etc. This Dairy Queen location reminded me of the Good-O-Days. I surely wish my city of residence, Abilene, Texas had a Dairy Queen with same business practices and food quality, as this one in Brady, Texas. Very respectful and curious cashier, including the young lady beside cashier, that was restocking. She told me to have a SAFE trip driving back to Abilene, Texas. Thanks ALL staff members at the location! 😊

  I really enjoy going here. It’s a family atmosphere. Very easy to dine in here.

  The line was long, but that was okay....the guy was nice over the intercom, took my order. Which was a 4pk and 6k steak basket with a water a coke a small blizzard with their new Texas sauce. He said ok I got it drive up. Cool I did and we got our food, only got my drink had to ask for the water, and the Texas sauce and he never charged me for it, I was like I asked him he said yes. The lady at the window said well he didn't charge you for it sooooo..... I'm like no I don't want any, the guy had his hand in his mouth doing idk what, the lady looked annoyed. I went on down the road, what we paid for we didn't not receive. We both got the 4 pk my son did not get 6, barley any fries, and the gravey runny as all get out. Honestly I love DQ but as a customer, who has worked food and retail for 32 years.... When you pay for something or ask for something....you really should ensure that you get exactly what you paid for. I can be understanding: maybe they were short staffed or maybe he was training idk but customer perception is everything in this industry. I will always eat at DQ but maybe they should have an conversation about their perception of how this order and experience could have gone better.

  Never have any issues here. Thanks to Caitlyn, Melissa, and Randi. A few others I’m unfamiliar with, but they are all nice.

  Poor girl was running the dq all by herself...cooking and taking orders in the dining room and at drive thru. She did what she could but we waited for a LONG time. We wont be back.
