This is a complaint about an employee named Christiana. She told someone that she purposely gets my order wrong, and falsely told me that me order online was not there but I had been sitting there for 30 mins. And she has an attitude problem towards customers. That is not how you get tips and she needs to learn how to get orders right before she becomes a car hop.

I am happy to give Sonic a great review, a noticeable difference. Friendly, fast, food is consistent, service is great. I do not hesitate to brag on them!!! Way to go guys and Candace your a big reason for it. Thanks for caring… great job. 👏🏼

There are some positives here, but the overall experience was frustrating. The staff was friendly and worked quickly, and you can tell they’re trying to do their jobs well. Unfortunately, the location itself is holding them back.
Several of the ordering screens didn’t work, so it took a few tries just to find a stall where we could place an order. Then, once we finally did, the credit card reader didn’t work, which added even more time and hassle.
Even after all of that, the order still came out incorrect.
This doesn’t feel like a staff issue — it feels like a management and maintenance problem. The employees were doing their best, but the equipment and overall operation need serious attention.
Fix the screens, fix the payment system, and improve order accuracy, and this place could be much better.

Was super food and fast service. Just want you to bring back your cinnamon bites with cream cheese. I lived for those... But trying others elsewhere...please, please bring them back.
