I don’t understand how I can order ahead 30 min on the app and still have to wait 20 min on my order when I arrive. This makes no sense.

Drive thru backed up down the street. NOT because they are busy but because no one is working the drive thru. Sat there (couldn't get around cars to leave) for 23 minutes! I have heard this place sux.....it is affirmative.....this place SUX!

May as well be self service. Get ready to stand at the counter for several minutes without anyone acknowledging you. You have to ask to get your stuff. Ridiculous.

How can we give this McDonald the worst review. Negative stars would be best. Managers are the worst and have no idea how they got hired. Probably out of desperation. Drive through had no attendants. You go in and ask what's the issue and the manager states. "I'm busy and can't deal with that right now" my reply to her would be. Then go home and never come back like I'm going to do. Such a disgrace!!
