What.. on.. earth.. We were happy to try this plave out when they first opened, only to be disappointed. It was within the first week that their service was slow as all get out, and the food definitely wasn't worth it.
I know the company has delicious options, as the location we like in Amarillo is so dang good.
So, just to be clear, IT IS THEM AND THEIR WORKERS.
I don't know why we stupidly keep trying to give them chances. I guess we want to try the new things we hear about and forget the awfulness over time.
But, no more. So done with their trashiness.
I've had gravel in my food from them before... only for their manager to get a tone like I was lying about it. I've had rotten food given to me (their manager was better about that than the gravel). I've been denied some of my favorite cookies from them early in the evening because they are too dang lazy to make any more when they run out in the day.
Everyone has dealt with their old, hockey puck eggs and insanely long wait times (fast food? Ha! What a joke)
But this last order.. these people are nuts?
How you gonna have us wait like 20 minutes only for you to not put bacon on a burger, have the wrong flavor ice cream for frosty, put only cheese on chili cheese fries, and put the wrong cookie in the bag? Everything was wrong with this one.
You have done lost your dang minds
Call me a Karen. I don't care. You've had so many chances. And aside from one incident, your attitudes about it are denial and general foulness. Like you refuse to admit your problems.
I hope you get your wish when you tell people that if they don't like it, eat at home... and then you lose your jobs and have to close down, because everyone is done with your vile food and service. Did you forget that it takes people eating out and enjoying your food for you to have the work in the first place? 🤦♀️
Hope whatever replaces you in that building is way better too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Service was atrocious. I ordered 2 chicken sandwichs 1 plain online they had me move up to wait and I waited over 20 minutes while several cars got their orders. I had to go back around and remind them of my existence just for them to give me 2 COLD sandwich. And when they did give me my food they offered an annoyed "sorry" and shoved the bag into my hands.

I ordered the new fuego burger and it didnt have any Takis on it. My drink didnt come with a straw, AND there were no napkins or forks in the bag for the saucy nuggets that were for my daughter either. Oh and the baked patatoes came with nothing as well- 😐 Thanks Wendy's. Worst experience here so far.
