Finally someone say just order at the kiosk and went back to eating at the food making station. Left without ordering, sad to see people with 0 work ethic and managers letting it happen. Also, place was extremely dirty, maybe instead of eating over the food they will be serving people they should clean up a bit.

I saw this lady just simply ask for her forgotten food and she was SO unbelievably rude and treated her coworkers with such disrespect. She was pointing her finger in the lady’s face and being unprofessional. I am not expecting 5 star quality but when you hate your job that much and make everyone miserable, why work there?

- AAAngelaOct 13, 20251.0I ordered both the Mexican pizza and some cinnamon twists. I’ve literally never tasted anything worse from Taco Bell. At best, these items were fried in VERY old oil. It tasted like they were fully spoiled and maybe marinated in literal garbage for a time before being served. And the manager, she wouldn’t give her name, was dismissive and refused to provide a refund or even an apology. She should be fired. She has managed her store into the ground.
