Well I noticed they were out of stock of the brand that our dogs eat. So I checked the app if the Fair Oaks HEB had it in stock and they were out too! Well I saw Garret bringing a pallet out so I asked if they might have the food I was looking for in the back by any chance. He took a picture of the food off of my app and told me he’d go back and look. Randy came out with a pallet but it didn’t have what I was looking for. He needed to get a different scanner to see if it would be in tomorrow’s truck. Well as Randy was going back, Garret came out with a stocked pallet with the food we were needing. BUT the food was on the bottom and middle! I told him we could wait to unload it because we saw a friend of ours so we were just chatting away. Well Garret wanting us to have and pulled the bags right out. So with all this being written I just wanted to acknowledge Garret and Randy for the great customer service they offered. They could’ve easily said it’ll be stocked tomorrow. Thank you Garret & Randy that work at the Boerne HEB stocking team!
