People just need to be more aware of their surroundings. Don't block aisles to have a chat.

Every time I go here, i promise myself I'll never go back! Fair Oaks Ranch is rated being upscale, this HEB should be on Sothwest Military in SAT.... After today I will use the Fair Oaks HEB as a convenience store and start stopping at the Shell Station down on Fair Oaks Blvd. Today I had a HEB plastic bag with a sandwich, two (2) salad 🥗, two (2) small soups was carrying the bag from my garage to the back door and the bag split open all my food on the garage floor....... Redicioulis they use cheap bags!

Most everything was great and most things I ordered were in stock, which was most important to us. My only concern was that some of the things that I normally was able to get from the other HEBs were not carried in the new HEB. Maybe it was temporary and would be carried in the future. Otherwise it was terrific and reliable and easy to text an order for whatever time was convenient for me and I really appreciate the service. Thanks HEB for the exceptional service. It's really appreciated.

Nice products you can't find a Walmart, their Bakery and Veggies are great. Nice fresh flowers. I really don't care for the HEB cheeses. The Chinese food center is good in the store but their price on fried rice is unreasonable. The employees in that section don't understand the difference between plain fried rice and fried rice soaked in soy sauce. The soy sauce version is way too salty for me. The only thing I really don't appreciate is being watched like a hawk when I use their self-checkout. I'm sure there's a lot of theft but they don't have to lurk over you. This happens most times I come in.
