I get it the store gets busy and they have to rapidly put the groceries in the bag but my guy most of these items got crushed. When my wife tried to return the items (the same day) the lady behind the counter was super disrespectful and we had to talk to a manager to get our refund which we thought it would take us an hour to grocery shop but 4 hours later we got home, never returning to this one! Just go shop at the one in boerne, way more professional and personable!

The staff is friendly and have helped me several times. Parking-wise it is always busy, signifying the growth, but I can usually find a decent spot. Likewise, when I go early in the morning it's always plenty of space. The gas pumps are also very clean and I've used the car lot times without complaint. And I've used the car wash several times without complaint. Overall, I consider this HEB store a blessing for me, my family, and the town as a whole. We've certainly needed it.

Went in today not to shop, just to simply use the bathroom because it was an emergency. Both stalls of course are locked, I’m on a route for my job and the closest restroom to me that takes me 20mins to get to is this heb… 10mins goes by, 15mins goes by and then 25mins goes by and for the probably 7th time in the last 3 months of me coming here to simply use the restroom. This has happened where after waiting around 20mins - 30mins hearing the person on their phone, a employee comes walking out of a stall leaving it an absolutely a mess, sometimes when I go in there the restrooms are in pristine condition but every single time a employee comes out of a stall it’s like a freaking war zone happened … Employment I have concerns as to, do y’all pay your employees to sit on the pot almost an half an hour or what? This is absolutely ridiculous! 5 stars to the cleaning crew for the restroom but as employees go and the rest of the store for me 0 stars.
