FOUR people in the store and they ignored me. I waited. Waited. I finally asked if someone could please just help me because I was just picking up a cake. We paid for a custom cake for the decorator to cut off the whole top of the picture lol. When I asked, they all scattered, said they didn’t have a manager. Literally, ignored me again standing there with an ice cream cake. They finally showed me a picture of what they received when I ordered. That’s NOT what it looks like when you order it so BEWARE. You “approve” what it’s supposed to look like before submitting. That was useless and my son had a birthday cake missing the top part of all his hair. lol truly it was my fault for trusting that.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
