So this is my 3rd time coming and leaving without an order. I haven't been back to this Sonic in quite some time because of how slow you guys are, but decided to give it another go. BAD IDEA!!!
How long could it possibly take a human being to make 2 medium drinks?
Ridiculous! All I see in these reviews are how awful and slow this sonic is, and then the "owner" responds with sorry. This has been going on for YEARS!!! GET IT TOGETHER, OR SHUT YOUR SONIC DOWN!!!
Also, there's no need for all these mobile pick up only spots. That's total b.s. Ppl should be able to pick up their order and also place an order in any available spot.
I'll assume there's so many pick up only spots because of how slow you guys are.

First time I had to pay before receiving my food since I was paying cash. Took almost 45 minutes to bring my order out. Food was cold and milk shake was melted. Absolutely horrible customer service probably the worst visit to a Sonic I have ever had needs better management.

The Sonic on FM700 sux. Went to Sonic on my lunch hour, it took about 20 minutes for someone to come out and take our order. That should have been our first sign I don't know why they came out instead of using the order monitor. Anyway, ordered the $6 deal and one plain hamburger.. people coming and going with their food so, Had to call them to ask about order. We had already paid for the meal or we would have just left. Needless to say, we never got our food so had to push the button again and said just to give me a refund. And that's why I will not be going to Sonic again. We always have some type of issue. Kept giving the benefit of doubt but no more.. ugh
