Early today, at around 12:45 PM, wasn't any different at the drive-thru, where I got three 1-gallon water jugs refilled with RO water. After paying out, I realized that I had been overcharged for the refills. Upon questioning the drive-thru team member about this, as he handed me the water filled jugs, he was apologetic about his mistake and attentive in helping to get it corrected. I went inside and was quickly issued a refund. If I owned a business, or was the general manager of one, your drive-thru team member, as well as all the team members who were present at the time, are the type of people I would want on my team.

Honestly wouldn’t be writing the review if the manager was more polite about it but she told us like me and my partner were trying to cheat the system. She said only firefighters and cops get to use it.
