- EFEmmanuel Flame98Apr 4, 20261.0If they don’t know you, they don’t like you. Cold, rude cashiers who only smile for regulars. New in town? Good luck getting basic help. “Because People Matter” — only if you’re already one of them. Disappointed.
- ABAnissa BrooksMar 29, 20261.0It’s a small town Heb that doesn’t keep up with the reputation and service of the brand. The inventory isn’t as good as other locations and popular items are often out of stock. The store itself is small and outdated. It doesn’t have a seafood or meat counter. There is a bakery but again it doesn’t offer much. The curbside service is spotty at best. When they’ve cancelled my order they let me wait an hour and show up to the store to be told they would then cancel it so I wouldn’t be charged. No phone call to prevent wasting my time. It’s easier to catch a greased pig than get information in the store or over the phone. Some employees are awesome but it’s pretty common to be ignored or given an attitude out the gate. When I’ve asked about purchasing plants outside, the cashier didn’t have a clue how to ring me up and questioned whether I had the right price after sending me back and forth to check. After plenty of bad experiences at this location, I prefer to drive to Midland or stock up on items in other cities when I’m on a trip.

He went and checked to make sure and even told me what aisle to find it on. Melanie is also an absolute gem. She works tirelessly all over the store. And of course curbside is awesome too. Special shout outs to Amy and Michelle! Thanks HEB!!!!
