- JGJ GDec 31, 20251.0I believe curbside workers just pick the first fruit they see without checking its quality because I received multiple very obviously spoiled fruits. I received a very small bag of grapes there was a small bunch of squishy spoiled grapes at the bottom, blueberries that had mold and 1 that was stuck in the clamshell and blackberries that had 3 moldy berries that were visible before I took them out of the bag.

Multiple times I’ve had missing items in my order & everytime it’s been solved kindly & professionally, I call & let them know & they offer to have me come back for it or refund it. Problem solved. This order I ordered a pack of steaks, for whatever reason the worker picked out a single steak. The steaks were supposed to be our dinner so that messed up our dinner plans just like the multiple times I’ve order 2 or 3 rotisserie chickens & have only received 1. So my husband & I went out for steaks instead. Due to the holidays the steak stayed in our fridge & we ended up not eating it. I called curbside to return it. Michelle answered & said they’re not returnable. So I asked because I asked for multiple steaks but only received 1 they’re not able to help me. She rudely said “they’re not returnable sweetie” then passed the phone to a manager without saying anything. That manager was polite & helpful, she returned the single steak.
