No customer service of any kind, just an attitude that they wish they weren't at work. Donuts are good but not the best presentation. Seemed like some donuts have fingers prints were all over them and didn't look appetizing. Hospitality comes a long way, do better at hiring

- RRRubenSep 25, 20251.0I deliver to big spring from Lubbock, I know they just opened, but I was trying to grab a Sausage, egg and cheese, croissant and doughnut. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes just for that and when I got the croissant The egg and sausage were cold. I didn’t wanna go back in and tell them because it was probably gonna be another 20 minutes, but yeah they need to get their stuff together.
