Even though the store wasn’t busy, I ended up waiting about three minutes in line without acknowledgment. During that time, I noticed two customers receive their coffees for free while I was still waiting to be helped. I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy, but when the store is slow, a little attentiveness goes a long way. I hope this location can work on consistency and customer care, because I genuinely like Dunkin’ and would love to keep coming back.

No customer service of any kind, just an attitude that they wish they weren't at work. Donuts are good but not the best presentation. Not to mention the wait time but it takes them about 30 mins for an egg sandwich and in top of that cold. Seemed like some donuts have fingers prints were all over them and didn't look appetizing. Hospitality comes a long way, do better at hiring
