Desti helped me with my request - which wasn't easy because I don't go to Dunkin often and don't remember what specific drink I've gotten in the past. After I explained what I wanted, she confirmed what I had in mind. Danny came out of the kitchen to help her (great team work, by the way) and put in his 2 cents. Bottom line, both employees cared enough about my satisfaction to make me the perfect drink. If that's not a great example of what customer service should be, I don't know what is! Thank you for starting my day with sunshine.

I stuck around conversing with 2 employees and it was playful and joking but the young lady repeatedly called me sis and said I don’t know what’s wrong with this girl. I’m clearly a man. I was born a man, I have a beard and mustache and only ever identified as a man I corrected her the first time but she continued and I found that to be very disrespectful. She was playful about it but please teach your workers that there’s a way to be funny without being disrespectful!

Even though the store wasn’t busy, I ended up waiting about three minutes in line without acknowledgment. During that time, I noticed two customers receive their coffees for free while I was still waiting to be helped. I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy, but when the store is slow, a little attentiveness goes a long way. I hope this location can work on consistency and customer care, because I genuinely like Dunkin’ and would love to keep coming back.
