  I’ve stopped at this Arby’s a few times as I travel a lot. This location is always slow or out of one thing or another. Never really busy so doesn’t make much sense.

  I went to this business and I was the only customer, waited 20-25 mins for 2 sandwiches that were wrong. The manager tried to tell me she couldn’t give me a refund and basically taking my money… once I said I would complain to cooperate she walked away as if to say no money or no sandwiches. Then asked for my information so she could inform corporate of my complaint. This lady wore a grey manager shirt, never had an experience like this at Arby’s. Not only did I wait 20-25 mins for the wrong sandwich, she didn’t want to refund me my money. Arby’s need to fire her!
