  Horrible service! I waited 35 minutes in the drive through for a dang chicken strip box! I will not return!

  Very busy on a Sunday with the church crowd!!…food was delivered hot and fast…usually DQ’s are slow…not this one!!!

  Why have hours stating you’re open until 10 but say you’re out of burgers and ice cream. Seems to be a trend in this town. So you should say serving until 9 and you can look at the lights until 10. People are out here for work and rely on the minimal options for food in Big Lake.

  Horrible service. Burger was made incorrectly three times with face to face ordering. Never going back. Taco Bell and sonic are a much better option.
