Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The jr burger was make correctly but it had mustard all over the packaging when there was no mustard on the hamburger at all. I went inside for a remake and to bring it up to the manager and as I was trying to explain it to her and she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge what I was saying. Then she just walked away and said "we can't have anymore remakes today" so if she already knows there's an issue today why not QC EVERYTHING that goes out? Sure it takes time but it's faster than having multiple remakes.

There wasn't a line inside or out yet took 15min for a 3pc tender? Come on! I knew I should've left when the other guy said he waited 30 min and they didn't even apologize or do anything other than walked away.

I guess I need to reach out to corporate because whoever runs this store is doing a shitty job. Burger was just thrown in the bag, half wrapped falling apart and the patty looks like they took 2 half pieces and stuck together. I love a good whataburger but I have started to drive across town to another one because I always get horrible service here and food always looks like the damn cook hates his job. I made the mistake of giving them another try tonight but I see nothing has changed.
