  Waited 15 minutes at the drive through. Cashier had a super ratchet haircut and I could barely understand him when he spoke. He gave me my food by holding the edge of the bag like he was about to drop it. Didn't get napkins or a fork for my nacho fries bowl. Had to go to QT across the street for a fork. Food was fine. They're Normally fine but this time I went at 1am. I guess they just put the worst workers on night shift.

  Awful experience. Ordered a veggie bowl. Ingredients barely covered the bottom of the bowl, and they completely forgot the guacamole. Chalupa supreme was made incorrectly as well. So disappointing. We were excited to have a Taco Bell location in Benbrook again, but we will not go back!

  If Could give this zero I would I ordered four burritos waited over 30 minutes to get them And no, they weren’t busy. It was just me got home. The burritos We’re half the size what they’re normally are Cold nasty. It was so bad. My dog didn’t even eat it when I couldn’t. The staff wanted to play games instead of making food. One kid looked like he was lost. Didn’t even know what he was doing. I Had to stand at the front counter and tell them where is my food before they even could give it to me go to a different location. This location sucks.

  Just got home with our order. Did not get the 2 quesadillas we ordered so 2 people ate bowls of cereal for dinner. The 3 soft tacos we ordered were ice cold and had maybe a tbsp of meat in each one. We requested Diablo sauce, didn’t get any. We almost didn’t get our drinks, my husband had to remind them after they tried to rush us off from the window. So far this Taco Bell is turning out to be exactly like the old Benbrook location.

  Do not go to this location. I’ve gone there three times since they’ve opened and every time the food has been awful. I thought after the first two times that maybe it was just growing pains and that they would figure it out, but obviously they haven’t. The tacos shells were broken the food was cold. When I went inside to get new food, I waited five minutes at the counter before anyone working acknowledge me. Then when I got the food, it was missing a taco. TRASH.
