Hello again everyone!
Ok , if you dont know by now, I do reviews for all of you so you wont have to "suffer" a bad experience from the fast food industry and restaurants in the dfw area. Today 1/11/25 my wife and I were out on one of our adventures as usual and we were driving through benbrook and decided to stop for lunch at Wendy's. We went through the drive thru, now these days unfortunately with fast food, customer service has vanished, you usually get the rude, lazy, no caring employee with horrible communication skills, I cannot stand it when you drive up to a fast food place and give them your hard earned money which helps pay that employee and keep that business running and you are met with complete rudness. But not today folks, today we were had the pleasure of interacting with a kind, very professional young lady by the name of "Jana" she was exactly what you need and expect from the places, something that is slowly going away for whatever reason. She had excellent communication skills, she made us feel extremely welcome and very comfortable, so Jana, thank you for the warm welcome in the drive thru , the food was very fresh and the most important part is, it was made correct! Ive seen the bad reviews for this location and i will just say to everyone, dont give up on this place just yet, i think jana can lead her team and get the ratings up, wendys, i cant stress this enough, these are the kinds of people you and many other food chains need to bring back so the customer doesn't have to pull up to your establishment and say " i wonder how this is going to go" but as for my wife and i , because of Jana we will definitely be back to this location because of you and I hope you are instilling these qualities in your employees because you did an awesome job , thank you once again Jana.

Can't manage to give a receipt when asked, let alone a straw. Slow and waaaaaay too expensive for fast food.

Nuggets were old and dried out, the burger meat was also old and dry. The fries were the only thing that was warm
