    Very slow service then when I finally got to the window she tried to give the wrong order. When I received my food the fries were cold and tasted old not fresh and I took two bites of my hamburger and didn’t take any more because it tasted funny. This is unacceptable for this McDonald’s location, very disappointed and will not be back.

    They didn't work together, and didn't have fudge for a sundae. Always something. Just the way the ones who asked if I needed help, said it either with a click in they tone. And I'd just gesture towards the employee who was working on it for me.

    My family ordered a meal for 3 specifically for the monopoly pieces. 3 large drinks, 3 food items. We received 1 monopoly piece. Extremely disappointed. This is the 2nd visit to this location, and we are unimpressed & honestly a little peeve of the lack of transparency & honesty.

    First time through the drive thru, the lady takes 30 seconds to even start my order even tho both lanes are empty. I got 4 nuggets in my 6 piece, no sauce even though I ordered sweet and sour, and my fries were half full. I come back and show the receipt and get my full order, but the food is given to me cold and soggy, the nuggets had obviously been sitting out for hours, and onions, which my girlfriend is allergic to, were left on her burger. This is unacceptable. Never and I mean NEVER go to this McDonald’s it’s worth a 20 minute drive to avoid this hellscape.
