Evidently the young man at the speaker has never been trained in customer service and argued with me about what I was trying to order. Arbys is a joke. There are never any customers in the restaurant or even in the drive thru but I have always defended their food until now. Im not about to spend $30-$40 at a fast food restaurant with rude employees. You just lost a loyal customer.
