Asked for oat milk, got whole milk, then she told her coworkers I changed my mind—bold lie. Cue the staff giving me side-eye like I caused the confusion, when the confusion was clearly coming from behind the iPad . If listening is optional here, maybe put that on the menu. Truly impressive how one order turned into a full-blown blame-shifting performance.

Michelle in particular was the rudest. I keep trying because I love the sugar free options but at this point I’ll drive the extra 10 min to go to Dutch bros on Clifford st. 7 brew do better and hold them accountable this can’t just be every time I go. I make sure to have a smile and positive vibes and still get nothing.
