  This place has gone downhill bad. I’ve been ordering here for like two years now and my food always came out prestine. Past few months though it’s been disgusting. I heard a lot of people quit this location so I’m guessing them quitting made this place horrible now. My food is always wrong and it’s never cooked all the way. I just ordered DoorDash and got my 8 wings that were two totally different flavors then what I ordered and the chicken was just chewy and gross. I always order with the extra cooked option but never get my food extra cooked. The fries are always undercooked it’s like they dropped them into the fryer for 20 seconds then pulled them out. It’s just nasty man. I’m gonna order at the temple location for now on. Idk what happened to this place but I’m never going back. I ended up getting a refund from my DoorDash and then throwing out the food. I couldn’t eat it it was nasty. Chicken was still basically raw.

  A month ago I ordered a combo meal with 40 wings that came with sides. I get home part of the wings were missing and the sides. I called and let them know what happened and they told me to return and they would make it right. Why after going back for a second time I get home and the order was wrong again. I called them and they gave me a credit towards my next order. So fast forward a month later I decided to use my credit and got hasseled about me not using it earlier, mind you there wasn't a time limit on when I could use it. Eventually the new assistant general manager honored the credit and actually gave me my entire order free. So, why when I get home the order was wrong again. They left the sides off once again. Is there no one verifying the orders are correct before they close the bag. Needless to say I will not return the Belton wingstop location.

  Just awful. Like 8 times in a row my order has been wrong and it’s only this location. I ordered ten wings of garlic parm and hickory bbq, except they forgot the bbq so it’s just ten garlic parm. Except they forgot the garlic and Parmesan, so I essentially paid almost 20 bucks for just chicken nuggets.

  Full of young workers on their phones. Ordered food told me 15 minutes, i drove 30 minutes to pick it up and told me they never put my order in. Then told me I had to wait another 40 minutes because they forgot to put my order in. Ridiculous
