I love this Wendy’s all employees and staff are amazing I’ve never had any problems. So Wendy’s is very close to my house so it’s usually a go to for late or busy nights or just when I don’t feel like cooking. With all that said I’ve been noticing that certain items on the menu portions have been getting smaller and smaller but the price stay the same or increase. Obviously this is more of a corporate issue but specifically the chicken nuggets. Usually it take me 2-3 bites per chicken nugget to eat and a 10pc chicken nugget is overflowing the little holder the last time I went the chicken nuggets were quite small and barely came to the top of the cup. There were still 10 nuggets in there but they were very small. I’m hoping this is just a fluke thing but i wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not. Many other chain restaurants have been doing this as well. I think Shrinkflation is what people refer to it these days. But other than that the food tastes great and the service is great!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Slowest service possible. They can’t handle the Drive-through orders (2 cars) much less Mobile orders through the drive-through so now they send you to a mobile parking spot even though nowhere in mobile ordering, does it say, would you like to go sit in a parking spot. It says go to the drive-through or carry out. It fails to mention that you will wait in the drive-through, well, the girl at the intercom tells you to hold on a moment, and by a moment she means five minutes. and then be sent to a mobile order parking station for 20 minutes. Literally, no one eating in the dining room. The drive-through line then backed up to seven cars. I had enough time to write this review and do other things while sitting there. And you won’t believe this, but they got the order wrong and forgot an order of french fries

I ate here for lunch for the first time after seeing the viral CEO tik tok. Man it did not miss!!!!! It was so good !!! I went back on Saturday (March 7th) to try a frosty and the drive through lady was really rude, kinda disappointed in the customer service. But the frosty was yummy !
