Went to Sonic today & honestly, I’m really disappointed. I come here often to satisfy my sweet tooth, & I know the difference between their drinks I’ve been ordering them for years.
I ordered a limeade slush, but when it came out, it was red. I politely let the employee know it looked like a cherry limeade & even showed my receipt & online order. She went back, then returned saying the manager told her it was the same thing & they just add more limeade.
That’s simply not correct the color alone tells you it’s different. I explained that, but was told if they remade it, it would be the same drink again. They ended up adding more limeade, & now it’s overly sour & still not right.
Not trying to be difficult, but attention to detail matters especially for customers who come back again and again. Let’s do better.

Wife and I needed a snack to hold us over until dinner and before going grocery shopping so a corn dog was ordered and a grilled cheese sandwich nothing special. As you might expect service was timely and polite.

I never received my food.
I placed an order on the app at 7:44pm, the app said it would be ready at 7:50. Park, put my stall number in the app, wait my time. The car next to me arrives after me, places an order thru the speaker, gets their food and leaves. Cool, maybe they're running behind. I give it till 8pm.
Press the button to talk to an employee, ask if my food is ready. She says yes, but I have to put it into the app. I let her know i already did, and wanted to see if it was ready since it had been a while. She said "it's ready." So i wait. I never see my food. I left at 8:10 after 25 minutes of waiting and no assistance.
I guess the employees here don’t use the restroom & it’s pretty weird how they don’t have a lock here either!
I don’t recommend using the restroom here lol

Came in about 4:00. Ant made an order for five people. Everything was correct except they forgot bacon on one Burger. But in totality it was all fresh and made correctly. My only downfall was the person taking our order acted like they hadn't taken an order before. So it kind of slowed everything down. But she was kind. And the CarHop was polite. Overall not a bad job
