  Every once in awhile i come across an original Pizza Hut spot, with the red roof and the trapezoid windows where the food is made exactly as it was 30ish years ago, where it's well maintained and the pizza is fresh and it's a fantastic experience. There's one right outside Fort Knox, KY and one in Central PA. This is not one of those places. The dough is poor quality and stale and way over seasoned with the garlic butter they put on it, the cheese also tastes like it's past it's prime but the the stuffed crust cheese seemed decent. It's incredibly over priced for what it offers. The location is a strange combination of well kept and terrible disrepair, the parking lot is in serious need of repavement, the flower beds need cleaned out and replaced, the carpet inside also should probably get torn up and replaced (my shoes were sticking in places). There's was a piece of food left on the registers counter and things in all seemed a bit dingy. But there's a large shiny metal sign inside, the lighting seems more updated, and the furniture seems well maintained. The staff working there were good and attentive as well. Such a sad waste to see what my favorite Pizza chain of my childhood has become, especially here in an area that doesn't have much to offer in the way of good pizza.

  I made an order for delivery, and doordash came to drop off my order. The driver was some dollars short, so I called PizzaHut back to see what they could do. The person that answered was an employee named Jennifer, and I asked if there was anything I could do. She said for me to go to the store and get some change. Which is highly unprofessional and having an attitude towards a paying customer is highly disrespectful and reflects poorly on you. The doordash person had to pay out of pocket, and it wasn't right. They made her pay out of pocket, when they are supposed to provide. Y'all just lost a loyal paying customer. This is the third time I've dealt with this situation. I will be speaking with the CEO.

  Wife ordered pizza for lunch absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. Crust was as thin as a dollar store paper plate with the same consistency. Pizzas were burnt the scarce toppings resembled failed 3D print. Do not waste your money on it I wouldn’t eat it again if it was free.
