  I would give zero stars if it would let me leave this review without giving at least 1 star. They should just close this store down before allowing their employees to treat and talk to customers that way. They should pull cameras to see these girls behaving this way and either get decent workers or just close. Because it's making McDonald's look bad everywhere. McDonald's In Belton, SC has young girls working the night shift that need supervision very badly! We ordered 1 m&m mc flurry with 3 times extra caramel added, a plain vanilla mc flurry with nothing but caramel syrup added, and an ice cream cone but instead of the cone, put it in a sundae cup so it wouldn't drip all over my daughter. We got a cone loaded with ice cream that was dripping, a caramel sundae and the m and mc-f with the caramel.. So I tell them to take the sundae back and put my daughters ice cream in a sundae cup. They didn't take the cone back and took the sundae..bright back another cone with caramel. I said no. And we still need the plain mc-f with just caramel. Shatasha comes back with a bowl full of ice cream topped with caramel and a broken up cone..I said no.. You take the ice cream that would fit in the cone and put it in the sundae cup. That's all. She threw the messed up cup down at the window and said no.. Your not gonna sit there and tell me how to do my job. Brought back a mc-f loaded down with m and m candy and a little bit of caramel. And just stood there with another girl with blonde hair and they were both laughing and walked off. That is NOT how they should act and bringing food that isn't right after 4 times and saying that when in tried to explain. No. That behavior is not acceptable and I'm posting this everywhere because they need to do something to fix this. There's no way that was the first time she acted that way because she was too damn comfortable and confident in saying it. We used to at least get iced coffee and treats here 2 to 3 times a week and even eat here at least 1 time a week but that will not happen again until this is fixed.

  The customer services so good and everything tasted good.. until about 5 hours later when my food poisoning set in. I was up for hours getting sick every 30 minutes.

  Having to wait over 55 minutes at night time to get food (to take an order that Ordered through the APP) is ridiculous.Since I already paid I was obligated to wait. When someone did get on the mic for them to tell me it will be ten minutes more before they can help me.And when I explain to them that I had a mobile app order, they still told me they only had two people in the store. I still had to wait 10 + minutes longer I blame management for this because of the lack of support that they get at nighttime. This is not the first time I had issues with this specific Mcdonald's with management. This is probably why I always see I'm hiring sign posted on the windows.

  The kids were hateful and they didn’t even give us the correct order a McDouble is not a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets are not chicken strips and had small fries not a large and had to ask for the strawberry pie because it wasn’t even in the bag employees seemed clueless and careless about working

  They didn’t even know what I ordered. They had to ask me twice. I could barely hear the girl at the window as she’s trying to talk to me then when I get my food, the french fries are old and my fish is burnt and dried up on the inside.!!!
