We took it back, they remade it, and generously offered brownies—as if that magically fixes serving undercooked chicken. While we were there, we ordered more tenders, which turned out to be adorable mini nuggets instead. Not quite what was advertised, but cute attempt. Decided to give them another chance today (my mistake), and they forgot an entire 8-piece wing order. Impressive, especially since they weren’t even busy. At this point, the consistency is impressively bad. I won’t be returning.

There wasn't alot of people in the restaurant. The floors restroom and counter tops were dirty. Customer service was very poor. Worst part about it my fries were not cooked properly nor seasoned. That's one of the main reasons I go to wing stop for the fries and ranch. Definitely wont be going back!
