She talked to me with a nasty attitude, cussed at me, and said things no employee should ever say to a customer. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and honestly disgusting. I don’t know what was going on with her that day, but the way she spoke to me made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. If this is the kind of staff this location allows, I won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to address this because customers shouldn’t have to deal with someone treating them like that.
