This place is extremely popular- middle of the work day and it was busy but not jam packed. Waited 5 ish minutes for a table for 2. Server was extremely nice even with all the tables to manage. The food came out in good time. Try the potatoes; perfectly crisp edges but soft center. The waffles are a great size when substituting. I didn’t feel like I was wasting food. It looks like they may have had mimosa flights that were popular. They do birthdays RIGHT here. A fun song, crowd participation, and a waffle with a candle. Three tables did it, so fun! They were decorated for Grinch-Mas. It was cute.

Had a group of 20 Soldiers come on new years day 2026. We specifically called to ask if they could accommodate a large group. They said yes but we waited for 2.5 hours and I never even got my food. It was crazy. Only asked once a refill. I know they were super busy but they said they could accommodate a large group. Just be honest and tell us you can't please. They just wasted our time.

I couldn't tell you how the food was because I never got it I had to go after waiting for over an hour. My friend had to wait for our food. Our waiter tried she even brought an appetizer for the wait, but it was just awkward wait like not normal. We 1st started sitting there for about 15 mins without anyone coming up to us. The appetizer was ok, just wish I would of gotten to try the food. I think if they are soo packed they should close the door for half the restaurant so people dont get sat and ignored. Overall you can tell they r trying just dont go if u have less than 2 hours to spare.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it was a nightmare experience this past Saturday afternoon from start to finish. Despite the promising atmosphere, the execution, both in service and the kitchen, has a long way to go. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. We waited 30 minutes just to have our order taken. Our server kept running off after dropping off drinks, promising she’d be right back, but then disappearing for long stretches. When she finally returned and casually asked if we were ready, I mentioned we had been ready for quite a while. To my surprise, she became very defensive, stating she was "managing the whole section" and "doing her best." While I genuinely felt bad that she was overwhelmed, it was frustrating to see a group of other employees in the next room standing around not helping. If the kitchen is fast (which it was), the bottleneck is clearly in the management of the floor. For the premium prices charged, $70+ for 2 people, the food was mediocre at best: • Fried Chicken Sliders: Overcooked, incredibly salty, and generally unsatisfying. • Chocolate Chip Waffle: Tasted like a budget hotel breakfast or something I could whip up at home in five minutes. • Avocado Toast: My girlfriend’s meal was fine, but very bland and average. I will say that once the server realized I was on a tight schedule to get to Georgetown for Christmas shopping, she turned it around, but the damage was done. She was cordial, got the food out quickly, and let us tab out early to save time. I still tipped her fine because I know being understaffed is hard, but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic service standards. Bottom Line: Between the defensive service, the high prices, and the hotel-level food, I won't be returning. They have a lot of internal work to do.

The wait wasn’t bad at all even though there was quite a lot of people inside. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating, indoor was taken so we sat on the outdoor patio, highly recommended. The patio was right infront of the stream so it was nice to look at. I took my first date here and it was special even though neither of us do breakfast. There was a waiter that was extra friendly and even complemented us his name was Dustin, thank you Dustin for your hospitality. The food was great had a lot of great selections from waffles to drinks. Definitely will be coming back in the future!
