We went 1 hour before closing. And they saw us but they avoided the door. Literally walked right past me at the door and did a uturn. Like not even a hand gesture to let me know their closed. Smh
If your gonna stop serving at 3pm then put closing at 3pm. Edit your sign and Google. It says 4 pm closing everywhere. Dont open a restaurant you dont want to serve till closing time.
We traveled all the way from Round Rock, TX to try this place out. Such a disappointment.
We visited on 11/11 at 1130 am . We did a call ahead seating . When we arrived and our table was called which was pretty accurate around 1130. We told the host we were on a time crunch and needed to leave by 130 the latest, as I had to catch a flight. Took an hour for apps to come to table, and they were cold, then the food came right out and was cold as well.. food was okay. The waitress never came to refil coffee or soda. Not impressed with the food or the service for the price , there are better places to go.
What a terrible experience. We went for brunch around 11:25 a party of 4. There was no wait and many tables available. The waitress took our drink order and brought out mimosas over. She said she would be back for our order, 30 minutes later I asked another waitress who was kind enough to take our order of 2 meals and an appetizer. Our waitress never came back. When I saw her I said we have been waiting an hour for our food which her reply was we are after one other order. She never apologized for not taking our order. We finally got all of the food out after over an hour wait, all at the same time. Our BLT didn't have the jelly on it or tomatoes. I had to flag down the waitress to get our check. If you are an upscale brunch restaurant hire staff that is going to do a better job then this.

Long wait to be seated, 20 to 30 minutes after ordering before the food came out. While we were being seated our table was dirty, the hostess wiped it off with a rag, no cleaning product of any kind was used. My water cup had food stuck to the inside, and something slimy floating in it. My wifes water cup had algea in it. We pointed it out to the waiter, who took the cup back and said he had a closer look and it was just stained from the tea... it looked like the inside of a dirty fish tank and it was only the very bottom of the glass, where they were clearly not reaching. I ordered the Gambino, I felt like the waffles were a little on the stale side for as expensive as this place was. We had to ask for syrup as well as salt and pepper. The pictures of the algae cup dont really do it justice.

I wanted to reach out with the hopes this feedback can help improve your guests’ experiences.
On Sunday, October 19, my family and I visited your restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Waffles are one of her favorite foods, so we were happy to wait over an hour to be seated. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.
From the start, there were signs of disorganization. The front door repeatedly locked, preventing guests from entering or leaving, and we had to knock and rely on another customer to let us in.
After being seated, it took about 10 minutes before our server greeted us, only to explain that his handheld device wasn’t working and he needed to retrieve another one. It was another 15 minutes before we received our drinks and appetizer order. The biscuits arrived, but we still had no drinks, plates, or utensils.
Our main courses were served in parts — two meals arrived first, then two more, with long gaps in between. Even then, we still had no silverware. When we asked, the server mentioned that they were “out” and would try to find some. After nearly 20 more minutes, the rest of our meals, drinks, and utensils finally arrived, but the food was cold.
The only bright spot in the entire experience was your busser, Justin, who was friendly and attentive. He truly stood out.
We ended up spending nearly $300 on a meal that none of us were able to enjoy due to the poor service and cold food. This was especially disappointing on what was meant to be a special family celebration.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that steps can be taken to ensure better service and guest experience moving forward.
