- EME MCFeb 1, 20263.0If you are looking for good customer service, you will not find it here, They will not by any means take your order at the counter, you have to order your food at the Kiosk, which would almost be ok except they don't offer anything to clean or disinfect the screen before you touch it. I ordered a few Beefy Potato grillers and they would have been Great except none of them had any potatos, which by the way I may start ordering them like that because they were delicious! But that's not the point... I will not be eating here again as the worker that walked up as I was standing at the counter for about 7 min which seemed like forever, was very rude to me and pretty much told me if I wanted to Dine in. The only way this would happen is If I ordered on the Kiosk which took me an extra amount of time because of having to look up what I wanted and didn't know where to find it...

I've been having mistake after mistaken on orders and I pretty much order the same thing and never switch it up. I'm also there enough that they recognize when when I arrive. I know staff rotates, but that shouldn't mean that quality of service falters to this degree. It went from never having issues to not going there anymore due to issues. I'll try again eventually, but for now I'll refrain.
