I walk in gonna order food for family of 5, male employee walks up to take the order and female calls from the back “If you are gonna order you have to do it from the kiosk”. I don’t work for this business, the employees do. I pay extra when I eat out for the service and then I tip based on that service. Therefore, I don’t order anything from this location and went to a different food service location. Service is a 1 food is a 1 cause didn’t get an order, atmosphere seemed like every other Taco Bell so haven’t a 3.
