- JGJames GOct 30, 20252.0The shift lead Kristina was incredibly rude and threw my sandwich on the counter after bagging it and didn't even bother to acknowledge or look me in the eye when I said thank you. I was nothing but polite when interacting with the employees and the gentleman on shift with her was incredibly polite but Kristina for some reason behaved as if she had a chip on her shoulder. Shift leads should carry themselves with tact and respect and she exhibited none of those traits.

They also had the chips put away to where we couldn’t grab any. The service was horrible. If the “shift lead” doesn’t want to actually work she shouldn’t be there. She made it seem as if we were inconveniencing her. Thanks for the amazing service.
