They’ve been recently remodeling and even with all the construction going on, they still make it easy for you to navigate the store and find what you need.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but you don’t put a customers groceries (that we spend a lot of money on!) in a return old used wet grocery bag you had sitting on your station. I left feeling concerned! I have no idea why that bag was wet and dirty (visibly crumbled up too) but you decided to put my stuff in it so now I threw it away and wasted that money. Please HEB, train your cashiers on clean, sanitary habits. That’s not appropriate

She asked for one cupcake to be filled with the order for the gender. Sadly, it was never filled. 😞 A precious moment and a failed mission by HEB. It was on video and all and then nothing because the gender cupcake was not filled. Disappointed is an understatement.
