Wish I could contact their headquarters because they obviously need better training on customer service.

Update: If DQ actually cared about the quality and professionalism of this location, they would have sent someone in a long time ago to address the issue. You can go back over a year and read the same type of reviews. This is not a new issue. Save the "we care about your feedback" BS response. Clearly you don't.
