- SFSydnee Flores4 days ago1.0Placed a delivery order, was quoted 25-30 minutes, I called 15 minutes after the original estimated delivery and was told it’s on a warmer and will be headed out soon. I ended up waiting over an hour just to get cold pizza and a hair in my food. Called to get it fixed and was told I needed to take a picture of the hair and come up to the store and prove it, managers words. Who couldn’t even come to the phone might I add, manager was playing telephone with the employee on the phone, reasoning they were busy. And that was my second call after being hung up on the first time. Didn’t get names but I wish I had, trash service! Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Horrible customer service. Honestly surprised it has a 3.6 rating, definitely should be lower.
