I went in to make an exchange and he told me sure to go ahead and get what I needed and come back to the registers. I did that and the system went down so we had to go to a different register but he was so friendly and polite and kept a smile through out everything that happened. So refreshing! His customer service skills are awesome! I feel that he indeed did go above and beyond tonight and for that I am thankful! THANKS JULIAN!

Called customer service and they said nothing had been turned in. If I find ANYTHING that's not trash I would turn it into customer service. When talking to CS they said it must have been thrown away. Thanks alot HEB for training your employees to care a little but about a customer that shops at one of your stores 2 - 3x a week (or all customers) - couldn't even take the time to turn it in.
