  If you’re black think twice about going here during lunch hours today 11/12/25 me and my husband came in to grab us some lunch and the lady was about to speak until she seen us come around the corner and seen that we were black so she quickly closed her mouth they avoided even acknowledging us at all didn’t even come to the counter until I was the one who used customer service and spoke to them I’m not too much blaming the one that had the black hair it was definitely the blonde head lady that was rude and whispering to the other woman after we came and she realized we was black because we came in through the back the energy was very uncomfortable and off so of course we left only great customer service will get my dollars I don’t care what you sell I’m not patronizing no disrespectful business so we went and had a great lunch at firehouse sub where it’s always great customer service

  I love this place and the food! It has become one of my guilty cravings and they never disappoint!

  These people cannot get it right. I ordered a sandwich with easy mayo and I swear the bread was saturated with mayonnaise. It was literally dripping down my arm. They really don't care that everybody goes to Jersey Mike's. I'm going to try to get them to rectify this, but who knows what's going to happen.

  So I have been working at an apartment community close to this location for a year now. This location has always had super-fast delivery. Literally to the point where I hit the send button and what seems like 5 minutes goes by and BOOM, a driver with a smile and a sandwich. WoW!!!! I had not received an incorrect order EVER, until today. So I gave the manager Preston a call. I explained the situation and he OWNED it without any excuses. I was VERY impressed with his level of customer service and his willingness to make it right without making me feel bad about. He stated he would PERSONALLY make my sandwich and get it out to me immediately. So about 15 minutes goes by and not ONLY was the driver in our leasing office with my correct order but Preston made a small platter of sandwiches cut and said he wanted our residents and prospective residents to have a snack when they came in for the trouble. Now THAT is what I call customer service!!! All of us in the office were WOWED!!!! You have customers with us for sure and we will, as we have always, continue to recommend you to all of our residents!!! Thank you for being a stand up company who knows what customer service is all about!!!! THANK YOU PRESTON!!!!!
