rude employee who was wearing a blue polo shirt, tall and glasses on. We received our groceries all stacked up together with the bags nearly ripping, so we grabbed a few more bags to accommodate them better, but he almost rudely demanded them back. Maybe have the baggers have more time to learn how to properly bag groceries with the thin plastic bags given. I have loved coming to this location, however experiences like this is very dissapointing.

I have asked the store managers on duty why the store is so dirty… air registers covered in mold, windows never washed, escalators and elevators filthy, carpet in entrance beyond filthy, dirt and trash living against dirty walls next to escalators… list goes on and on. Called Corporate last moth and someone finally called me back… nothing has been done. The entire store needs a deep clean… looks… cannot believe HEB allows this. Go to the west University HEB to see what a clean store looks like… told a store manager today I am call corporate in San Antonio weekly until the close the stir down and clean it…

I had a wonderful experience at H-E-B thanks to Ismael, who went above and beyond to help me during a tough moment. His kindness and professionalism truly made my day. It’s people like him who make H-E-B feel like more than just a store—it’s a part of the community. Thank you Ismael!

If you're coming here just because it's two stories, dont. It's not neat, the first floor is a parking garage. Now if this was just where I shopped, it's good. It's really really big, but for some reason, it feels like it has a whole lot less then a regular HEB. The selection was just smaller on a lot of things. Still great, love HEB. BUT, not the greatest specific store.

The curbside pickup service at this location is routinely dreadful. If a plated deli item (e.g., a pie) can be ruined by storing it upside down or sideways, the curbside pickup shoppers working for HEB can be GUARANTEED to do that, ruining those items. Now before they'll give you a refund, you must drive back to the store with the ruined items. MORAL: Don't trust the curbside shopping at this location, and don't respect HEB as being the supposedly enlightened company it pretends to be. This is a fraudulent practice. It's likely that HEB will have one of its PR people respond to this review with a "we regret your poor experience, please call this number" cut-and-paste answers. What they will NOT do is deny that they've ruined my food and refused to reimburse me for it. Nor will they deny that they regularly ruin deli items for all their customers by storing them upside down or sideways. NOR WILL THEY CHANGE THEIR BAD PRACTICES, which is actually what they should do, and what I wish they'd do. I've been begging them to do that for months, and have gotten nothing but false promises and empty apologies. I will not be calling their number. I no longer believe their PR.
