She wouldn't even give her name but she was very very nasty and if had my phone out I would have recorded just how nasty she was!!!!!! ( Darker hair part in the middle with the braid and the other had a hat on. ) Be kind to all ethnicities please !! Unfortunately I will NOT support this location anymore . I will take my almost $100 order to another restaurant
- BSBrian SibilskyMar 18, 20262.0This is how franchises end. I went in to the Bee Cave Galería Panera at 8:15am. The shelves were bare with only 3 older looking items in the bakery section. Whatever happened to bakers showing up early to make the days products. Don’t open the store if you are going to have nothing to sell. I asked if they had any breakfast souffles and was told they hadn’t baked them yet. After asking “when do you bake them if not in the morning?”, she finds one souffle so I took it. I then followed up with ordering three Asiago bagels. The response: “Oh, we only have plain, sesame and everything”. This appears to be a typical death spiral for any franchise. Traffic slows so their response is to reduce available product below a critical level. Then when people do show up, you have nothing to give them. Then people eventually just stop going.
- GVG VMar 16, 20262.0Ordered BLT and French onion soup. Two basics. The BLT was so thin I had to open it up to confirm the B as in bacon existed. Next, I’m not certain the French onion soup was either of the three. It was a dark, stirry mess of items floating around including streaks of white. Nothing traditional about it. The hard as rock baguette didn’t help. I once considered Panera as a notch above fast food. Not anymore.
